Sheen stars for Inkberrow

KIERON Sheen led the way with two goals to seal Inkberrow Reserves’ 5-2 win at home to Studley Rangers in Division Two of the Stratford Alliance.

Alex Bullock and Josh Walker were also on target for the hosts at Sands Road, with Brad Jones and Daniel Southall replying.

The result leaves Inkberrow within two points of table-toppers Welford, who were thrashed 7-1 at FC Stratford A.

Feckenham Reserves earned a 2-2 draw at FC Wickhamford in the only Division One fixture, with goals from Ryan Faulkner and Daniel Sill. Sill also missed a penalty.

Division Three leaders Inkberrow A swept aside title rivals Bretforton Old Boys 7-1, with Ben Rogers bagging a hat-trick.

Their other goals came from Tim Lees, Sam Reeves, Oli Wilkins and Craig Wood as Inkberrow opened a three-point lead over second placed Bretforton.

Goals from Ollie Ashley-Clarke, Tom Bluck and Mark Rigby earned FISSC Reserves a 3-1 win at home to Blockley Sports. Stephen Cross netted for Sports.
