Dino’s delight as hat-trick inspires FISSC

DINO DE ANGELIS bagged a hat-trick after coming off the bench to seal FISSC’s 5-1 win at home to Northfield Athletic and boost their Stratford Alliance Division One title hopes.

Tom Gardner and Daniel McDonald were also on target as the Farmers wrapped up victory to move within four points of leaders Alcester Town Reserves.

Daniel Gibbs replied for basement side Northfield.

Third-placed Henley Forest, who lie seven points behind Alcester with three games in hand, were among the goals with a 6-0 win at home to South Redditch Athletic. David Tibbetts (2), Tom Byrom, Sam Churchley, Jordan Clark and Lewis Bennett were their scorers.

Feckenham Reserves also hit six, claiming a 6-0 success at Badsey United. Ben Ellicott led the way with a hat-trick, with sub Gabor Lengyel hitting two and Aaran Erris one.

Inkberrow Reserves moved to the top of Division Two after a 4-0 win at Shipston Excelsior Reserves, thanks to goals from Gregor Guy (2), Kieron Sheen and Samuel Stenton.

Inkberrow have a one-point advantage after previous table-toppers Welford suffered a second defeat in as many weeks to FC Stratford A.

James Macmillan scored three in Stratford’s 5-2 success, with Sam Brabham and Freddy Murphy also on target, while Andy Dale and Callum James replied.

Steven Ebdon and Bobby James netted in Henley Forest Reserves’ 2-1 victory at West Heath Hayes. Matthew Barnes netted for the hosts.

In Division Three, White Eagles swept aside hosts Blockley Sports 6-0 with goals from Kamil Zieba (2), captain Marcin Borowiec, Kamil Gwozdz, Michael Krzemien and Przemyslaw Szmelc.

Ollie Ashley-Clarke and Richard Foreman netted for FISSC Reserves as they recorded a 2-0 victory at Bretforton OB.
