A WOMAN who fell into a weir in Alveston was helped by a passerby and police officer.
The pair held onto the woman who was on her paddleboard near Mill Lane when she got into trouble.
Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service acted quickly and threw lines and water rescue equipment to get her out.
