VOLUNTEERS are needed to help support vulnerable people in Warwickshire.
Transport service VASA has been working non-stop across south Warwickshire and Rugby borough helping people to vaccination appointments, collecting prescriptions and delivering food parcels.
Now the service is working hard to fulfill journey requests coming in thick and fast due to the third round of vaccinations.
Since the NHS is catching up with the backlog of appointments, it is experiencing a huge rise in the number of people needing affordable, accessible transport.
The service is looking for telephone volunteers in its Stratford office and drivers across the south Warwickshire and Rugby borough.
