A MAN and a woman were left trapped after a car rolled over and landed in a hedge.
Emergency services were called to Tiddington Road in Stratford just before midnight on Friday August 16.
The car rolled over before ending up back on its wheels in a hedge, with the driver and passenger trapped inside. The Tiddington sign was also knocked down in the crash.
The man and woman had to be freed by firefighters, while paramedics and police were also called.
Paramedics say both patients were treated for serious injuries, which were not life threatening, before being taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire.
A spokesman from Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “The crews worked closely with the ambulance service and the police to release the driver and passenger.
“This was a difficult incident to deal with due to the location of the vehicle, but is a perfect example of how we work seamlessly alongside our colleagues from the other emergency services to ensure the best possible outcome at an emergency incident.”
