POLICE have arrested three people on suspicion of car theft in Stratford.
Officers were called to reports of a suspicious vehicle in Guild Street at around 2pm yesterday (Thursday).
The trio was arrested near to the Fisherman’s car park.
They included a 15-year-old boy from Stoke-on-Trent who was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, a 19-year-old woman from Middlesex, on suspicion of attempted theft of a motor vehicle, and a 20-year-old man arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft of a motor vehicle.
All three are in police custody.
