The sky is the limit for daredevil fund-raisers

DARE-DEVIL fundraisers will be taking a giant leap of faith when they complete a charity skydive.

The six-strong team are raising funds for different charities – the MS Society, Alzheimer’s Society and Joey’s Legacy Boxer Rescue – as well as Heart of England Mencap, where they all work.

Katie Berry, Cate Mahon, Tammy Crofts, Ali Arnold, Becky Davies and Jenna Haycock will take on the skydive at Hinton Airfield in Northamptonshire on August 12.

Activities coordinator Katie said: “It all started with me doing 30 things to celebrate my 30th birthday.

“I just walked into the office one day and said ‘Who wants to skydive with me?’ and they volunteered.”

Heart of England Mencap provides a wide range of services across Warwickshire and Worcestershire, supporting those with learning disabilities.
