Stratford man charged with voyeurism after incident in shop changing rooms

A MAN has been charged with voyeurism following an incident at H&M on the Parade in Leamington.

Luke Poland, of Percy Street, Stratford was arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning (February 11) following police media appeals.

The 27-year-old will appear at Coventry Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Wednesday) following an adjournment of the case on Monday (February 13).

An investigation was launched after a member of staff at H&M challenged a man she was concerned was filming two young girls in the changing room.

The incident happened at 2.15pm on Saturday January 21.

The man fled the scene.

Police released a CCTV image of a man they believed could help with their enquiries.
