REVVED-UP bikers and Bulldog Bash festival-goers helped to raise £2,000 for two local causes.
Two cheques for £1,000 were presented to Ali Gray, fund-raising manager of the Stratford Hospital £1million appeal, and Carole Zambonini, co-ordinator of the Dementia Support Cafe in Alcester.
The money was raised by members of the Alcester Alauna Rotary Club selling soft drinks, milk and fruit during the annual festival at Long Marston in August.
Club president Alan Matthewman was joined by Bulldog Bash president Taff as they handed over the money at a recent Rotary Club meeting in King’s Coughton.
