Rubbish Friends keeping district spic and span

Stratford Editorial 28th Sep, 2017   0

RUBBISH Friends are continuing to help keep the district spic and span.

The group continues to go from strength to strength and now has over 150 members – and are keen to welcome more.

The group recently helped with a village tidy up in Bearley, and also carried out a litter pick around Trinity Mead.

And members also gave a talk to 3rd Stratford Brownies about recycling and the devastating impact litter can have on the environment, and wildlife.

The diary is busy with bookings for the awareness talks, and there are also plans to set up a satellite group in Snitterfield.

Anyone wanting to join or find out more can search Rubbish Friends (Stratford upon Avon) on Facebook or call Becky Reynolds on 07853 995580.
