THEATRE companies, schools and colleges are preparing to tread the RSC’s outside boards in Stratford this summer.
A range of productions, including A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Romeo and Juliet, and As You Like It, can be seen at weekends at The Dell, from June 1 to August 31.
More than 300 groups have performed on the RSC’s open air performance space – on the banks of the Avon in Avonbank Gardens in the shadow of Holy Trinity Church – since it launched 12 years ago.
Entrance is free. Visitors are invited to bring their own food, chairs or blankets.
