STRATFORD’S answer to the Wombles are heading out with their litter pickers this weekend.
Rubbish Friends is inviting residents and local groups to roll up their sleeves for the Autumn Clean on Sunday (November 16).
They will be starting at the Crowne Plaza at 10am.
Refreshments will be served after the community litter pick at 12pm.
All equipment will be provided, and everyone is welcome to join in helping keep Stratford clean, green, and beautiful.
Rubbish Friends began in 2019 and works to protect and improve the environment across Stratford. It collaborates with local schools, businesses, and community groups to tackle waste, promote sustainable practices, and inspire pride in place.
