Editorial Correspondent 21st Dec, 2021 Updated: 21st Dec, 2021   0

ELECTRICAL equipment has been stolen from above the A46.

The equipment is thought to have been taken from the A4189 Hampton Road bridge over the A46 some time between 1 and 2am on December 19 (Sunday).

Police would like to hear from anyone with dash cam footage from either stretch of the A46 or A4189 between these times.

Richard O’Connor from Warwickshire Police said: “We believe it could have taken anything up to an hour for this equipment to have been disconnected and removed along a busy stretch of road. I’m sure someone will have been driving in the area at the time and seen something suspicious or have dash cam footage. We have an ongoing investigation and we’re keen to hear from you.”

Anyone with information should call 101 quoting incident number 213 of 19 December.

Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
