Police appeal following burglary

Stratford Editorial 24th Feb, 2016 Updated: 28th Oct, 2016

THIEVES made off with a quantity of cash from a pub and a garage in Lower Brailes.

Two men entered the George Hotel in High Street around 1.45pm on February 3.

One went into a guest room upstairs where he was disturbed by a member of staff before the same man was seen at Forge Garage half an hour later.

Cash was stolen from both the pub and the garage.

Police have issued CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who recognises the men or who saw a blue Fiat Stilo in the area.

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
