A MAN has died after he was hit by two lorries on the A46 in Stratford.
Police were called at around 10.45pm yesterday (December 13) to the area just north of Bishopton Island where the 40-year-old was confirmed dead at the scene.
It is believed the man was hit by a lorry travelling northbound from the Bishopton Island, before being hit by a second lorry travelling southbound towards the island.
Next of kin have been notified and a post mortem is due to take place.
Any witnesses should call police on 101.
