A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of drug offences in Stratford.
He was detained by an officer in the Bishopton area after there was an attempt to discard a package of white powder believed to be class A drugs.
PC Bennett said the suspect was known to police for previous drug-related offences and had been previously arrested.
