Ian Hughes 15th Feb, 2017

IT’S full steam ahead for this year’s Wags Gang Show.

Cub scouts taking part in the show made tracks to Leamington Railway Station to get first hand experience for a sketch they will be performing called ‘Around The World’ which starts at the station.

Some 130 youngsters are polishing their performances ready for the show at Leamington’s Spa Centre from March 7 to 11, with evening performances and a matinee on the Saturday.

The gang have also been fundraising for their chosen charity ‘Guy’s Gift’ which supports bereaved children and young people and their families in Warwickshire.

Cubs producer Paul Wakeley said: “It is always a delight to work with such fantastic young people. The rehearsals have been going really well, and I know the cubs are looking forward to showcasing what they have achieved on their whirlwind tour of the world.”

Paul thanked Chiltern Railways for welcoming the cubs to the station.
