Free funding clinic aims to give rural communities a boost

A FREE virtual funding clinic aims to give community groups in Stratford district a financial boost.

Groups in the west rural areas of the district are invited to the session on Thursday February 25 at 7pm.

The event is organised by Warwickshire Community and Voluntary Action and the Districts Social Inclusion Partnership and aims to help groups secure funding and become more sustainable during the ongoing pandemic.

Topics covered will include the best funds to approach, how to improve funding applications, fundraising ideas and how to get further help.

The clinic is open to any group who are based west of Stratford town including Bidford, Alcester, Studley, Henley and surrounding villages. If successful, other areas will have the opportunity to attend their local clinic later in the year.

Clinic aims to provide an informal opportunity to bring questions and ideas. Further offline help is also available after the clinic.
