Former The Voice contestant bringing 'A Night at the Musicals' to Stratford

KARL Loxely, former contestant on tv talent show The Voice, is preparing for his first solo concert in Stratford.

A Night at the Musicals at the Town Hall will include songs from Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and more on Saturday March 25, from 7.30pm

Although the 26 year-old is no stranger to singing on the streets of Stratford, this will be his first full solo concert in the town.

He told The Observer: “I’ve performed shows in Coventry but people have been asking me when I’d be performing in Stratford.

“I started busking in the town in 2013 and the people are so supportive, I’m looking forward to performing.”

Karl wrote and released his own Christmas single last year and was in Snow White at the Hexagon Theatre in Reading.

Tickets cost £15 and can be bought at or from ‘Something Different’ on Meer Street in Stratford.
