Fashion folk dressed to kill for charity

FASHION folk will be dressed to kill at a charity event in Henley.

The show – which is raising money for cancer charity Oesophageal Patients Association – takes place at the Guild Hall on the High Street on June 30 from 4pm to 8pm.

And charity patron Emmerdale star Fiona Wade – whose father died from oesophageal cancer – will be headlining the fashion show ‘Dressed to Kill Cancer’.

The actress said she was determined to raise awareness of the condition – which affects some 8,500 people across the UK every year – and promote early diagnosis which could save lives.

Both men and women’s fashion will be showcased at the event which will begin with a wine reception at 5pm and guests will be entertained by singer, Marty Elliott.

Visit www.opa.org.uk to buy tickets for £20.
