THE LOCAL Government Ombudsman received 15 complaints about Stratford District Council in the past year.
Of these, nine of them related to planning and development issues. Only two of the complaints received were upheld.
The figure is significantly lower than neighbouring Warwick District Council, which was referred to the Ombudsman 24 times in the same period.
