Council headquarters to become office space

Stratford Editorial 5th Oct, 2017   0

NEW office space is being made available in Stratford town centre.

Space previously used by Warwickshire County Council staff at Stratford District Council’s Elizabeth House headquarters has been let to office company Exeid Stratford.

The commercial property consultancy specialises in offices, offering spaces for single person accommodation and small and medium sized businesses.

A number of offices have already been taken across a range of industries including accountancy, graphic design and recruitment.

Simon Harrison, who runs the company, said: “I have lived in Stratford all my life and know the area well. Stratford has been crying out for a facility like this.

“It was perfect timing for us that Elizabeth House came on the market – being the right size with facilities for over 100 people and in the town centre.

“We are confident this is going to be highly successful and an important addition to the Stratford business landscape. Elizabeth House is a landmark building and this was an opportunity not to be missed.”

Warwickshire County Council employees moved into Elizabeth House in 2012.
