THE CLIFFORD Chambers & Milcote Neighbourhood Development Plan is a step closer following receipt of the draft plan for formal consultation – the stage prior to independent examination of the plan.
Clifford Chambers & Milcote Parish Council has prepared the plan with the help of the local community.
The plan sets out a vision for the future of the Neighbourhood Area and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally.
A copy of the draft plan and all associated documentation can be viewed at www.stratford.gov.uk/ccandmnp or paper copies can be viewed at Stratford District Council’s offices in Church Street, and also at Stratford library during normal opening hours.
A copy can also be viewed at the Village Hall in Clifford Chambers through the Parish Clerk via appointment only. Call 01789 296019.
The consultation starts on Thursday January 16.
