Charity burlesque night returns to The Attic Theatre in Stratford

A BURLESQUE and cabaret show is being held in Stratford to bank cash for an animal charity.

A Midsummer Night’s Scream is set to take place at The Attic Theatre on Friday (September 30) featuring some of the finest talent from the UK’s burlesque and cabaret scene.

The event, put on by Ice Crystal Productions, follows the success of a similar show held at the theatre – based at Cox’s Yard – back in May, which raised cash for Ukraine.

This time all cash raised will go to Vale Wildlife Hospital.

The halloween-themed performance will feature burlesque, comedy, dance, acrobatics, magic and even a unicycle.

And performers will include Velma Von Bon Bon, Scarlet Butterfly, Jamie Double, Ebony Silk, The Risquettes and Jester Styles.

Ice Crystal Productions is run by Sam Jenkins who is also Head of Events at Magic Alley in Bell Court.

Sam grew up in Stratford and is qualified as a barrister with a PhD in cybercrime but spends most of her time creating events for Magic Alley and doing occasional government research work.

A Midsummer Night’s Scream takes place at The Attic Theatre on Friday (September 30) at 7.30pm. Age guidance is 15+.

Tickets costing £17.50 are on sale now and can be booked online at https://icecrystalproductions.co.uk/
