CHARITABLE folk are urged to ‘get a shift on’ as part of volunteers’ week.
Acorns Children’s Hospice is calling on people to join its team of volunteers at its Wood Street shop in Stratford.
It is on the lookout for people to take on a range of roles – from operating tills, to sorting stock and preparing window displays.
Acorns offers a range of services for children and support for their families, including those who are bereaved.
