Changes to park and ride service - The Stratford Observer

Changes to park and ride service

CHANGES to the Stratford Park and Ride service will take effect next week.

From Monday April 16, the service will drop off at Wood Street outside NatWest bank and pick up on the opposite side of the road outside Oxfam.

Services will no longer drop off or pick up at Windsor Street. The change has been made to improve journey reliability and reduce delays caused by congestion.

Passengers should also note between 7.30am and 9am, and 3pm and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday, buses will operate every 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes apart.

On Saturdays and during school holidays the bus service remains at every 15 minutes from 9am until the last bus at 7pm outside Oxfam on Wood Street.

Those planning to stay later than 7pm in the town are also reminded there is cheap parking at Stratford Parkway station opposite to the Park and Ride.
