A BRAND new head girl and boy team will represent their fellow pupils at Stratford School.
Ronan Woods, and Georgie Huxley were named head boy and girl alongside peers James Grunow and Lucy Cook who take on the deputy positions.
The roles include representing the school at events such as the team’s debut outing to the Shakespeare Celebrations, and organising social events for fellow pupils.
Headteacher Neil Wallace said, “I am delighted to congratulate Georgie, Ronan, Lucy and James on their appointments. Eight very strong candidates stood for election and their campaigns resulted in over 1,100 votes being cast. As dedicated, confident, articulate students, they are excellent role models who I have no doubt will represent the school well over the coming year.”
