Am Dram Society to bowl audiences over with Richard Harris' comedy Outside Edge

Stratford Editorial 4th Apr, 2017   0

KINETON Amateur Dramatic Society will be looking to bowl audiences over with their latest production.

When director Linda Synge decided to stage Richard Harris’ comedy Outside Edge, the long list of cricket props needed and the group’s bat wielding skills were her top priorities.

The play follows a cricket team team trying to win a game of cricket while also sorting out marital problems.

Thanks to Kineton Cricket Club coach and member Paul Richardson pads, helmets, bats, photos, trophies and a scoreboard have been loaned for the show. Paul even gave the cast cricket tuition to help them in their roles.

Outside Edge runs until Saturday (April 8) at Kineton Village Hall. Cutain up at 8pm, and tickets can be bought from Flower Thyme in the village.
