A date for the diary for book worms in Stratford

A BOOK-worm’s paradise is coming to Stratford.

Some 20 exhibitors will be setting up stall at a book fair at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Rare, second hand and antiquarian books will be available to purchase on a variety of topics including local history, travel, cookery, maps and ephemera, modern firsts, art, theology, children’s books and much more.

Debut author Matt Gantry will also be promoting and signing his novel “The Gamer”.

Fair manager Georgia Mullen said: “We love returning to Stratford, one of the few fairs on the PBFA calendar that has two dates a year, which means you don’t have to wait too long to see what fabulous books will be offered each visit. With books available to suit all tastes and pockets book lovers everywhere will not want to miss the Stratford Book Fair.”

The Stratford Book Fair takes place on Saturday August 26 from 10am to 4pm.

Admission is free and refreshments are available on site.
