THE latest round of matches took place in the Stratford-upon-Avon Table Tennis League.
In Division One, Stratford Racketeers overpowered Henley in a 15-3 victory as Tom Burdett and Robert Tkaczyk masterfully dealt with Henley’s Tim Fell and Barry Quirke.
And Snitterfield edged out Shottery 11-9 as Alan Cotton and Clive Irwin showed great resilience to overcome Shottery’s Gary Stewart and Rob Poole.
Stewart and Cotton played out an intense five-set showdown as the former eventually emerged victorious in a superb contest.
Elsewhere, in Division Three, Stratford Edge Shot swept to a 15-0 victory against Stratford Junior Girls as Jon Mason and David Giraldo led the charge to secure maximum points.
