THE Stratford-upon-Avon Table Tennis League winter season continued across three divisions with a host of local players in action.
County players Pete and Debs Barrow, David Ramsey and unbeaten star Craig Witherford all feature in the league.
And Witherford’s form helped Littleton Lynx win the Division One title to take the top prize from former champions Stratford Racketeers.
Alongside Witherford’s performances, John Mackay and Richard Bishop also helped Littleton to the title.
Racketeers, Shottery and Blazing Paddles are still battling for the runners-up spot with all three teams separated by a handful of points.
And JLM Hussars and Stratford MND currently occupy the relegation places with both teams to play in Division Two next season.
In Division Two, Willersey TTC need a result in their final match against closest rivals Ilmington to secure the title.
The fight to avoid relegation continues with Henley, Stratford Edge Shots and Littleton Panthers all in danger of the drop.
In Division Three, Ashorne Spirits and Stratford Two Pings are both fighting for the title with the latter side in their debut season.
