STRATFORD Sharks swimmers Felix Gallagher and Robin Hughes – representing the West Midlands – finished first and second respectively in the 5km, 17/18-year-old Midlands Open Water Championships at Bala Lake in North Wales.
The duo have now qualified for the National Open Water Championships later this month at Rother Valley in South Yorkshire.
Keana Pearce finished ninth in the 3km, 14-year-old West Midlands group.
