STRATFORD-upon-Avon Boat Club hosted a 24-hour event for members – a 24-hour ergothon.
The event began at 5pm on Friday (September 20) and continued through to Saturday (September 21).
SuABC hosted the event to raise money for club funds to cover new equipment, repairs, maintenance and new projects.
Club members took up over 100 ergo slots supported by Stratford’s junior athletes and parents.
Stratford’s J17/18 coach and ergothon organiser, Imogen North, said: “We are hoping to raise over £2.5k for club funds but we won’t have the final total for a while until the JustGiving page is completed. A big thanks to all who ergo’d, raised and pledge.”
