STRATFORD-on-Avon Golf Club have elected new captains and vice-captains ahead of the start of the new golf season.
The club have appointed Mike Bainton, from Kineton, as men’s captain with Annette Howell, from Wilmcote, appointed ladies’ captain.
And vice-captains Ian Allwood and Gayna Marcus will support the pair in their new roles.
Bainton and Howell have chosen Alzheimer’s Research UK as their charity for the year.
The club have also appointed Andy Chilton as seniors’ captain and Joshua Priestley as junior captain.
