Stratford Editorial 15th Sep, 2022   0

STRATFORD Town’s FA Cup Second Round Qualifying tie against Banbury United has been rescheduled.

The match was originally set to be played on Saturday, September 17 but has now been moved to Tuesday, September 20 with kick-off at 7.45pm at the Arden Garages Stadium.

The decision to reschedule the game came at the request of The Police and local enforcing authority with supporters to be segregated at the fixture.

Stratford have released the following guidance to both home and away supporters.

Banbury supporters will enter the ground via Turnstile 3 and will be given the area behind the goal at the Knights Lane end.

The turnstile will be cashless to enable a rapid entry whilst Stratford supporters will be able to use Turnstile 1 as usual.

There will be security checks at ALL turnstiles.

ANY fans who turn up to the turnstile intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be refused entry.

The club have requested that both Home and Away fans arrive at least 10 minutes before kick-off.

In accordance with FA regulations, NO alcohol will be on sale within the Stadium for an Emirates FA Cup game.

There will be tea, coffee, soft drinks, and savouries available in separate areas of the stadium for both Away fans and Bards supporters.
