STRATFORD Town forced a replay against divisional rivals Halesowen Town following a 1-1 draw in FA Cup first round qualifying.
An early goal from Jason Cowley put the Yeltz ahead only for Dan Lafferty to draw the Bards level just past the quarter-hour mark at The Grove.
And neither side could find a winner in the remaining minutes meaning the two teams will meet again in the coming days.
Halesowen broke the deadlock after just seven minutes after a couple of deflections went the way of the Yeltz and Cowley finished at the back post.
However, the Bards equalised on 16 minutes as Lafferty finished on the rebound after Henry Landers’ initial effort came back off the post.
Stratford host Halesowen in the replay on Tuesday, September 2 with kick-off at 7.45pm at the Arden Garages Stadium.
