STRATFORD Town stretched their unbeaten run to three matches following a goalless draw with Harborough Town.
Neither side could find a breakthrough at the Arden Garages Stadium as Connor Kennedy crashed a second-half penalty against the crossbar for the visitors.
The result means Stratford sit 11th in the Southern League Premier Central table.
Stratford’s debutant goalkeeper Jake Weaver made an early save to block former Bard Riley O’Sullivan’s attempted lob.
At the other end, visiting goalkeeper Elliot Taylor kept out Callum Ebanks’ superb volley although Dan Lafferty’s cross had travelled out play.
However, Harborough spurned a golden chance to break the deadlock on 65 minutes when Kennedy’s powerful penalty came back off the crossbar.
Stratford host Banbury United on Tuesday, September 24 with kick-off at 7.45pm at the Arden Garages Stadium.
