STRATFORD Town stretched their unbeaten run in the league to four matches following a 1-1 draw at AFC Sudbury.
The Bards fell behind to Liam Pearce’s goal only for Henry Landers to equalise for the visitors before the break at Brundon Lane.
And the result means Stratford sit 17th in the Southern League Premier Central table, one point above the relegation zone.
Sudbury broke the deadlock against the run of play on 21 minutes when Pearce beat Jake Weaver in the Stratford goal after a pass split the Bards defence open.
However, the visitors drew level on 35 minutes as Owen James cut the ball back to Landers who found the net from the edge of the penalty area.
Stratford are next in action against Halesowen Town on Tuesday, September 23 with kick-off at 7.45pm at The Grove.
