STRATFORD Town claimed an impressive 2-1 victory against Solihull Moors to secure a second pre-season victory.
Goals from Jourdain Masidi and Cyrus Bruce sealed victory for the Bards at the Arden Garages Stadium.
The Bards took the lead courtesy of Jourdain Masidi’s first-half strike before Cyrus Bruce double the home side’s advantage.
Young midfielder Billy Corns halved the deficit for Moors late on with Matt Taylor’s side unable to find a leveller in the remaining minutes.
Stratford broke the deadlock on the half-hour mark as Masidi’s effort from the edge of the penalty area deflected past a helpless Laurie Walker.
And the hosts doubled their lead just 35 seconds into the second period as Bruce fired a shot past Moors trialist goalkeeper.
The visitors halved the deficit five minutes from time when Corns found the net from 15-yards out.
