HOLY Trinity Church in Stratford is staging its biggest community fete on Saturday (September 27).
It will begin with a parade of musicians and children, starting off at noon from the Bancroft Gardens in front of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.
It will process through the RSC Gardens to the main arena, where Stratford mayor Coun Dani Hunter, will open the fete along with lord lieutenant of Warwickshire Tim Cox and MP Manuela Perteghella.
This year there will be over 30 stalls selling crafts, cherished clothes, a tombola, bottle stall, book stall and bric-a-brac.
The games section will feature soft axe throwing, splat the rat and soaking the clergy in the stocks.
Refreshments will be served in the Parish Centre.
There will also be a classic and vintage car display, a dog show, children’s sports and a raffle.
And the Rock Choir and Trinity Players will be taking to the stage to perform.
All proceeds from the fete will go towards supporting the work of Holy Trinity Church.
