THE MOP Fair is set to roll into Stratford for its annual visit.
The mop, which is packed full of up-to-date rides as well as traditional family favourites – like the 127-year-old Golden Carousel – returns in October.
The two-day thrillseeker’s paradise begins at 3pm on Wednesday October 11 before being officially opened at 11am on Thursday October 12 by town dignitaries.
There will be the traditional pig roast, provided by local Scouts at the end of Waterside, along with the charity auction of the first slice.
The streets will remain buzzing until 11pm each night.
Stratford also has an associated Runaway Mop which takes place two weeks later, on Friday October 20 and Saturday October 21.
