A PERSON was left trapped after their car ended up in a ditch.
Emergency services were called to a road near Edstone Farm near Wootton Wawen where they found the car had left the road and ended up in a ditch.
The crash happened at around 7pm on Tuesday (November 29) and saw paramedics and firefighters work together to free the patient.
A spokesman from Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Initial reports stated that persons were trapped.
“Fire engines from Stratford and Henley were mobilised. Police and ambulance services were also informed.
“Upon arrival, firefighters found a collision involving one private motor vehicle which had left the roadway. One casualty was confirmed medically trapped. Fire crews liaised with the ambulance crew on scene to plan the safe extrication of the casualty.”
