TUNEFUL residents are invited to join in some open-air carol singing in Stratford this Saturday (December 9).
The singing is being organised by the Stratford Town Centre Chaplaincy, an initiative of the local churches in Stratford through Stratford Churches Together.
There will be the opportunity to join in the singing at the Swan Fountain on Waterside from 3pm to 3.30pm. Then the singers will move to outside Stratford Town Hall on Sheep Street from 3.45pm to 4.15pm, before ending with a short concert at the American Fountain on Rother Market at 4.30pm until 5pm.
Colin Voice, who leads the Stratford Town Centre Chaplaincy, said: “People are welcome to listen, but we hope they will join in with their favourite carols.”
