STAFF put the fun in fundraising during a charity event in Stratford.
Employees from One Stop in Drayton Avenue hosted their annual Charity Fun Day to support Heart of England Mencap.
There was live music, broadcasts by Welcombe Radio and activities from hair braiding to a bouncy castle, as well as a tombola, lucky dip and plenty of other stalls.
Fundraising manager Cath Errington said: “A huge thanks to One Stop for supporting our charity through this fun day. With a residential facility and respite centre very close by, our customers have close links with the shop and really enjoyed joining in on the day, running the tombola.”
Stratford mayor Victoria Alcock turned up to show her support for the charity which she selected as her ‘charity of the year’, and whose staff she said always went above and beyond.
Mencap supports individuals with learning disabilities, working across Warwickshire.
