A FULL list of candidates for the Stratford district elections is now available to view online.
The list details those nominated to represent each of the wards across the district and their political party.
And residents who are uncertain who to vote for ahead of the local election on Thursday May 4 can visit the Stratford District Council website now to see their choice of prospective district councillors before heading to the polls.

Polling stations will be open on the day between 7am and 10pm and this is the first year electors will have to come equipped with photo ID in order to vote. This is a new requirement, introduced by the UK Government’s Elections Act and full details, including a list of acceptable photo ID are available on SDC’s website.
Council chiefs are also reminding residents to make sure they are registered to vote.
The deadline to register is midnight on Monday April 17. Voters can apply online at www.gov.uk.
There is also the option to vote by post with Tuesday April 18 the deadline to apply for a postal vote.
