Lamborghini flies off motorway into muddy field after aquaplaning

A LAMBORGHINI flew off the motorway and into a field after aquaplaning.

The supercar came off the M40 near Junction 16 at Shrewley in the early hours of Tuesday morning (December 5).

Both the driver and passenger were unhurt in the smash, which happened after the car hit standing water on the road.

Police issued a warning to other motorists to slow down when it is raining.

A spokesman said: “Reduce your speed in poor weather or else you could find yourself in a field instead of the motorway, like this Lamborghini.”
