Johnsons Coaches wins family business of the year award

FAMILY run Johnsons Coaches in Henley has scooped another award.

The coach business won ‘Family Business of the Year’ at the Midlands Service Excellence Awards.

The award recognises Johnsons Coaches’ commitment to listening to the opinions and desires of their customers and rewarding best performing staff members through its certificate of success programme.

Head of business Lauren Davies said: “Our motto of ‘Travel with Johnsons, Travel with Friends’ is well and truly at the heart of everything we do and we are proud to be going from strength to strength, while still being very much a family run business.”

And among the other award winners was Johnsons Coaches charity for the year – Arrive Alive who took home the Charity of the Year award.

Founder Debbie Roscoe said “It was a great surprise to have been awarded the Midlands Service in Excellence Charity of The Year Award. Arrive Alive is a one of a kind charity with a never ending mission of helping to save lives within communities supporting West Midlands Ambulance Service.

“To be a charity partner of Johnsons Coaches is an honour. As a result of their support during 2023 it has enabled one voluntary operated 999 vehicle to be funded for a year. The Arrive Alive team are thrilled to be one of their charity partners for 2024. I would also like to pass on a massive congratulations to all of the Johnsons Coaches on being awarded the Midlands Service in Excellence Family Business of The Year Award.”
