AN AMATEUR aviation enthusiast will appear at Leamington magistrates court accused of flying a drone recklessly.
The 37 year old male has been investigated over use of a DJI Phantom 3 Standard Drone flying over South Warwickshire between December 2016 and January 2017.
Charges that will be considered in court include endangering persons or property, failure to maintain visual contact with an unmanned aircraft and flying within 150 metres of a congested area.
