Drink driver who crashed in Stratford loses his licence

A DRINK driver who was arrested following a collision in Stratford has lost his licence.

Nigel McMluskey, from Swans Close, Wilmcote, was arrested after being involved in the collision on Seven Meadows Road in December.

The 58-year-old failed a roadside breath test and was taken into custody where he was later charged with drink driving.

He lost his licence for 12 months, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £70 costs and a £48 Victim Surcharge after appearing at Leamington Magistrates Court on Friday January 19.
