LOVE was in the air at Stratford Library.
A Library Lovers Week was held to celebrate Valentine’s Day and all the reasons to love the library.
Everyone was welcome, from couples, to those who enjoy romance literature, with the chance to be matched up on a ‘blind date’ with a new book to read.
Staff shared the love each day by carrying out random acts of library kindness for visitors, as well as promoting the library’s new Warm Hub zone and latest events, activities, and free services.
And Warwickshire County Council’s Registration Service were also there to meet newly engaged couples, discuss how to start planning their special occasion, and provide free tours of The Henley Room – one of the registration office’s ceremony venues located next to Shakespeare’s Birthplace.
